Grief is a deep, intimate and transformative process that invites us to find new ways to rebuild ourselves from something that is no longer there... a person, a job, or any other situation with great emotional influence on us.
In this workshop I invite you to explore powerful ancestral breathing meditation practices, with which you will learn to process the emotions linked to grief and reconnect with your own power center. We will focus on breathing practices that not only facilitate detachment, but also empower, transforming grief into a driving force for personal growth.
Whether you are going through a difficult time or simply looking to practice preventively for when times of pain come, the workshop is aimed at those who wish to learn to consciously go through their grief, embracing the power of their breathing and emerging stronger from inner confidence.
"You don't know how strong you are until being strong is the only option you have"
– Bob Marley –
We will explore in a completely practical way breathing exercises to neutralize grief and at the same time promote empowerment and confidence, for which it is recommended to do the workshop in a quiet place without distractions.
We will also talk about the theoretical details associated with these ancient techniques, with the aim of broadly understanding their fundamental scientific bases.
The idea is that each person learns to develop a meditative state of tranquility from their own breathing, using breathing techniques and meditations that focus on the correct processing of grief, converting this powerful emotional energy into strength for empowerment and confidence.
You will receive a manual in PDF format with all the workshop techniques, illustrations and other topics related to grief, self-trust and empowerment, in order to motivate you to continue practicing knowing exactly what you are doing from an informed perspective both psychologically and neurologically.
Breathing meditation proposes consistency, technique and precision to achieve concrete changes in our way of relating to emotions using breathing patterns, and the more informed we are about the theoretical details that accompany these techniques, the more our practice is enriched and therefore its results.
